Phase II was a band. Sort of long ago.
Phase II is a band once more. Sort of since the recent past.

Nicholas Tesluk and Mark Andrews are Phase II.
Chalk their return up to serendipity
or karma or fate or de-evolution or chaos theory.
Or simply because it was too important to Mark and Nicholas
to let it simply melt away.

Herein lies the significant with the trivial, a macro and a
micro view of the band and the music called Phase II.
